Den giver en ny forst\u00e5else for de sociale dynamikker i teams og et nyt sprog til at afklare, om teamets kultur fremmer deres opgavel\u00f8sning eller omvendt h\u00e6mmer teammedlemmerne i at bruge deres kompetencer.
